David is a founding partner at SwissArb and has 18 years of experience in the event-driven space. He has developed superior knowledge of the analysis, bookbuilding, and advisory on the execution of rights issues, capital increases and special situation plays.

David holds a Master of Science in finance from ESCP EAP Paris (France) and a Master's in applied sciences from Université Pierre & Marie Curie (Paris VI, France).
